Style Guides

Quick-reference guides for GradRight brand, product, and partner use.

Use these guides when you need the approved way to show GradRight — without hunting through Slack or half-finished decks.

Each guide below is a focused brief. Link deeper docs when you need construction details, tokens, or full writing rules.

Visual system

Guide Use it for Notes

Color Brand purple #782BFF, blue #1CB0F6, dark canvas #121022 Neutrals carry most UI; accents stay purposeful
Typography Headlines, body, and product hierarchy Keep the type system small and consistent
Imagery Photos, illustrations, motion Real students and real journeys beat stock clichés

Product surfaces

When designing or reviewing GradRight product UI:

  • Lead with clarity — short labels, obvious next steps, honest empty states.
  • Keep primary actions singular. One clear CTA beats a row of competing ones.
  • Use brand purple for emphasis and progress, not decoration.
  • Pair AI moments (shortlists, bids, recommendations) with human language — explain why, not only what.

Partner and co-branded use

Partners may use GradRight marks only with approval and only in the approved lockups.

Do

  • Keep GradRight and partner logos visually balanced.
  • Use our colors and voice when GradRight owns the experience.
  • Credit GradRight as the higher-education co-pilot / platform, not as a generic “consultant.”

Don’t

  • Recolor, stretch, or recreate the logo.
  • Place GradRight inside another brand’s visual system without a co-brand brief.
  • Imply GradRight charges students a consulting fee.

Channel quick rules

Email & SMS One job per message; plain language; scannable
Social Human, useful, lightly conversational — never hype-only
Events Direct access energy: universities, alumni, industry — not booth filler
Press Facts first: students served, financing facilitated, product outcomes

Checklist before you ship

  1. Does this sound like GradRight — clear, human, confident?
  2. Would a student understand the next step in one read?
  3. Are logo, color, and type from approved assets?
  4. Are claims specific and supportable?
  5. Is anything commission-coded, gated, or vague about cost?

If you need a one-pager PDF or partner kit added here, upload the approved file and link it in this table once it is signed off.
